Dual Motors Corp. based in Detroit, Michigan blended a Ghia-built body and a Dodge chassis to create a flashy Dual-Ghia convertible, a favorite with celebrities, like Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin and the like who owned one of these. Bare chassis were shipped to Italy, where hand-formed steel bodies were mounted drivetrains and interiors were installed back in Detroit.
